Oxford - Freedom Plan Metro - The solution for your most cost conscious clients:
Don't overlook this new and exciting program from Oxford utilizing the Freedom Network. At rates of just $232.52 per single in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Richmond and Suffolk counties, this new and unique program from Oxford is a certain fit for your clients looking for a great network at a substantial savings.

CIGNA:
Keep in mind CIGNA Healthcare's HMO programs. The $20 co-pay plan with an Rx card of 10/20/40 is only $216.27 per single in the downstate area. For just $232.08 the same plan is available as a POS with a $1,500 deductible.

GHI:
Exciting new plans are in development at GHI. Look for more information shortly.

United Healthcare - Underwriting Change:
For effective dates of October 1, 2000 and later United Healthcare will require Wage and Tax statements (NYS-45) for all community rated business (2-50 eligible). Please make sure a copy of the NYS-45 is included with your new business submissions.

Aetna US Healthcare - Tier Structure Change:
Effective January 1, 2001 Aetna US Healthcare will use ONLY a FOUR Tier rating structure for all new policies in the community rated market. Policies renewing in 2001 will have to move to a FOUR Tier structure as well.

Small Group & Association Plans:
Two new Small Group/Association Plans that have similar enrollment procedures (in New York only) to the former ABG/Aetna program:

Oxford Freedom, $20 co-pay, $1,000 deductible, 70/30 of $25,000 with a 7/20 ($100 ded) Rx card priced at only $281 per Single and $688 per Family, and
CIGNA Healthcare, $20 co-pay, $1,000 deductible, 70/30 of $16,667 with a 10/20 Rx card priced at only $269 per Single and $667 per Family.

Please note that in New Jersey and Connecticut a minimum of two (2) must enroll.
