FILCO provides a Continuing Education Program as required by New York State. This program is intended to enhance the agent's knowledge of company procedures, responsibilities and provide a better understanding of the insurance environment. In addition FILCO will research the current trends in the changing health insurance area including and not limited to regulations and underwriting procedures.
