For some time now we have experienced the loss of carrier within this program and have had to continually undergo the painful process of moving insureds to a replacement carrier.

We have expressed to most of you over the past year that these programs are an accommodation for both you and those clients that do not qualify for the community rated market.

It is now necessary to inform you of yet another shut down. We have been advised that the Oxford plan has stopped accepting new business and will be completely terminated as of June 1, 2001 for all existing business.

This once again creates a very painful event for us, you and your client. Your clients will be informed of this by the Plan Administrator along with suggestions for alternative coverage.

We would like to provide you with alternatives from other sources. Please remember that all material must be completed and in our office by May 15th to secure a June 1, 2001 effective date.

Remember your clients will be without the Oxford plan effective June 1st. So contact us ASAP for alternative plans.
